Titan Warranties

Hassle Free Returns

If you purchased your product from www.titanluggageusa.com, you can return almost any item within 30 days of delivery as long as items are unused, in their original packaging and original condition. Just call 888-470-3537 or send an email with your name, order number, and which items you would like to return to: returns@titanluggageusa.com.

If you would like an exchange, please list the item you would like in exchange. One of our customer care representatives will reply with a return shipping label within 48 hours. Please print the label and affix to the box. Please return the item in the same box and wrapping that it came in. If you have removed the plastic wrap and bubble wrap included to protect the finish of the item, please use a standard plastic wrap to re-wrap it before the return shipment. Refunds and exchanges will only be honored for products in original condition.

Once we receive the items, we will either exchange or refund at your request. Items that were shipped due to our error (wrong item, wrong size, etc) will be refunded in full including freight charges. Items returned for any reason other than our error will be credited in full, less the return freight or any expedited freight (2-day, next day air.)

All returns will be processed within 48 hours of receipt excluding weekends. The entire process usually takes around 2 weeks, but may take a little longer during the holidays due to shipping delays.
